The San Antonio Independent School District, Materials Management Department is pleased to welcome vendors to our new Compliance Management & Reporting System (CMRS).

The CMRS is designed to streamline processes to increase efficiency and cost savings through a reduction in paper, printing and postage costs. This web-based system provides user-friendly access necessary to maintain maximum contract compliance in key areas relating to public information requests, audit reviews, surveillance, reporting and other requirements. The system is accessible to all companies conducting business with the District. Depending on the vendor’s access rights, following key features are available:

  • On-line verification/audit of mandatory insurance and surety requirements.
  • On-line vendor access to enter, edit, delete demographic information.
  • Automated reporting capabilities reducing “paper-based” reporting.
  • E-mail notification regarding contract award, amendment, modification, close-out, and other time sensitive requirements.
  • E-mail communication regarding various contract compliance related issues.
  • Automated tracking of qualified Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (EDBE) participation and certification status through the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).
